this book was going so well, CHLOE IS PISSING ME OFF NOW

I appreciate the 2 making each other better individuals but I feel like Santi makes long winded statements about wanting to be a better man over & over again. I think some of the could’ve been cut or instead had actions shown.
Chloe finally tells Mateo he’s her father. It didn’t go well. Santi discovers from Mateo that his brother is Chloe’s father. Mateo lies to her out of pity. Santi promised her no lies.
