Status Updates From Seeking the Storyteller

Is this about a war? Is this about finding the storyteller? What ever happened to finding Xaver's killer? The premise is really neat, but the actual story is just all over the place.

mira acts like a child but asks and teenagers keep hitting on her and it's weird and kind of creepy and says she's older and is described as a young woman, but she acts like a six year old

slow and clunky start (which may be part to my own readers block and poor formatting when uploaded to kindle) but i think we're finally getting somewhere? somewhere plot related?
