Chapter 1 starts off making your inner voice question itself, it really gets ur brain twisting in a good way.
A couple sentences that really stuck out to me -
•there is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind, you are the one who hears it
•you can think about it all you want but life will keep happening

I don’t think I can finish this book. Nothing this author is saying is actually helpful

I’m starting to get frustrated with this book. At times I find his framing around identifying your emotions and freeing yourself helpful. But it’s also condescending at times. He repeatedly states the most surface level advice like: “it’s really that simple” or “just let go”
