I don’t generally mind dark romance but need to be in the mindset for it. Sadly, I wasn’t when I started this one. This starts out with a very heavy SA event and it’s detailed multiple times throughout. I am not able to listen to it and finish it. It’s not that I didn’t like it or that the writing was bad. It’s just that I wasn’t mentally able to do it.
