I’m always a bit skeptical with “fitness influencers” (I discovered Pat Flynn on YouTube, demonstrating kettlebell workouts in his snowy Wisconsin backyard. I thought, “Clickbait?”) But his content speaks for itself.
I got the book for Father’s Day. It’s really good so far. I really like the details and explanations he gives to the exercises. He explains them in very helpful ways. Still reading!
