Incredible book. If you are looking for a guide on how to preach in the particulars this is not your book. However, if you are looking for a book on motive and manner in preaching this will be a great help. Mr. Piper uses Jonathan Edwards as an example throughout the book, I thought this was really effective and also made me really want to read more Edward’s. Highly recommend this book.
