Splendid horrorvthriller with all the elements I like:

*Welsh setting: isolated rural community

*Locals steer clear of neighboring mountain where pre-Celtic settlers once lived. The villages oppose an archeological dig by any means necessary.

*Local aeronautics mogul with hidden agenda

*supernatural elements handled deftly

What a start to a holiday!

Up the airy mountain
Down the rushy glen.
We daren’t go a-hunting
For fear of little men.

So far, I like it. This will be my fourth novel by Blackburn this year.

That was a creepy Prologue.

I’ve got this and A Ring of Roses handy to read, by this author.
