I won’t be finishing this book. I seldom DNF books because I want to see things through, but there are a few things I couldn’t get past.

Maybe it’s just that this book isn’t my cup of tea. I didn’t like the FMC, and while I am all for the tall, dark and brooding MMCs who can be a little… moody, for a lack of better words… this wasn’t it.

Things that I really don't like about this book: the FMC is 19 (ONE NINE! NINETEEN?!), the instalove, and the cringey pet name "firefly." IDK this one might be a 2 star for me.
