Status Updates From Broken (Erebus Assassins)

What is happening? I am at 20% and I know virtually nothing about either character. They have spent maybe 20 minutes in each other’s presence. They are in the middle of a job and now they are suddenly banging. There was like 30 seconds of kissing and now it’s full on anal. On a beach. After the boat they were on exploded. What?

DNF at 30%. I think it’s time this author and I parted ways. I’ve really tried with these books but as I’ve said before there are too many characters involved and it becomes very confusing. Apart from that I took a strong dislike to Echo from the outset.
