Status Updates From Workhorse

i fear im reading a book WITHOUT A REAL PLOT i hate these kinds of books but im desperate not to DNF

the lack of dialogue in this book is driving me M A D

"i open my mouth to respond when i see harry wood striding towards me"
definitely something gay happening but it might be a genre thing (class commentary via involved, sexually charged but frustrated friendship, vaguely morbid)

if u like someone and have sex with them and they're bad shouldn't that kill the attraction... also if they r kind of a dick shouldn't that do it
this book reminds me of white teachers and its also cynical
