The rambling in this book is craaazyyy but glad I finally confirmed that I’m a Dramatic Classic (which honestly fits my aesthetic way better) instead of a Flamboyant Gamine.
Honestly not sure if I’ll finish this because the rest of the book is about color seasons/hair/makeup/extra things that I didn’t intend on reading this for.

This book reads more like a light memoir and tribute to the past than I expected. I was hoping for an updated version of his work from Metamorphosis. I believe the content was confusing from the perspective that David wanted to be understood by the reader and the reader wanted the modern version of Metamorphosis. It was a cross purposes. If you want to know about the man’s story, you will enjoy it.

I'm going to suffer through the end, but he really does not understand real life. And he keeps saying, don't think about what you are, just understand the concept. Followed a few chapters later by, now you know what you are. Wait? When did that happen? I get the impression this is a text for experts, not something for a casually curious.

So, it's gonna be a while till I finish this one, for sure. One game per day seems fair.
