ngl one of the main draws of Jeannie Lin's romances for me are that you can tell she respects the FMC - not just that the MMC respects her, but that Lin herself does. Li Feng is such a good character who is allowed to be so much that authors frequently don't allow their FMCs to be. It's refreshing.
