UGH this is about to become my hostage book 😩 not loving but i can’t DNF because people keep talking about the second book like it’s God’s gift and i need to know why

Rereading before I start the second one!

I don’t know if I like or dislike that this starts off quite fast paced

So far this is some of the worst writing I’ve ever read. I feel like I’m reading a fanfic.
It has a lot of potential but the author is all over the place and none of the plot is very well fleshed out. The only really decent parts are the romance and maybe the dragons if they ever actually show up.
I’m going to attempt to finish to give it a fighting chance of redemption but… we’ll see how far I make it.
