Status Updates From Hurled Headlong Flaming

pausing for now bc i have to run end of day stuff at work but i am REALLY enjoying this so far. hearkens back to classic weird fiction (in all its sense: cosmic horror, sword & sorcery, etc.) but with a very fresh & modern take & an (i think) interesting narrative structure that changes from part to part. looking forward to finishing this

I'm enjoying the interlude flashbacks and intrigued by the Bishop's quest. I am not, however, considering this Sword & Sorcery so far. Just good ol' bloody storytelling.
