I was worried this collection hadn’t aged well, but Margaret St. Clair’s “Horrer Howce” is marvelous.
And I’ve enjoyed reading the others, even with their jarring cultural short-sightedness.
Robert Sheckley’s “Cost if Living” is perhaps more relevant today—just change the brand names to contemporary technology behemoths.
