This book has been very intriguing. I am not knowledgeable enough about Islamic literature to identify specific biases or “flaws” as a Muslim would see them within the authors reasoning. This is a deeper dive into the specifics of Islam than I have studied in the past. Still, the author, Notre Dame religion professor, seems to be doing an honest study on the historicity of the Islamic texts. Enjoying so far!
