Status Updates From Il costruttore di stelle

This may be the weirdest thing I have ever read/listened to. No plot. Reads like somebody telling you their feverdream about alien sociopolitical problems while having a manic episode. I did not expect this much information on the taxes the soliders of the bird (?) people receive for maternity or automatic endocrine systems that have something to with .. massages? Radio broadcasting? Wtf is even happening?
