Sweet story but not my favourite Lily Morton book. Ends at 90%.

the only reason i haven’t chucked this is because it’s only an hour long and i’m stuck in the offuce anyway, but jesus fucking christ this giving me is whiplash after reading cat sebastian. maybe i just hate romcoms.

this book lacks anything even resembling subtlety about how into each other the two MCs are to the point where Ilu suspect they have brain damage bc only that can explain how neither of them has noticed. i absolutely despise this kind of writing—romance intended for adults that’s written like it’s for children.
