This is a great book so far if you want to feel more confident in choosing a radical (in America’s eyes) rest plan for your postpartum. Something I haven’t liked so far is how she pushes soy products and milk alternatives. Soy has shown to be harmful for women (because they have such high estrogen levels). And almond milk too if used too much
