Valuable thoughts about will and balance with the realism of one's own goal. A little more complicated than possible about the therapy of parts of consciousness, so that it does not appear like from a textbook, but something unique from the author.

I have great respect for the Feri tradition, but it seems like they are being forced to write a book there. There is too much complex theology for a prologue, it deserves its own chapters. It is a good idea to start the changes gradually and quietly, in order to have long-term and greater success. I hope there is a decent practicality behind all this theory.
