this is really fun, feels like the beginning of ocean's 8 but queerer. i suspect there's going to be some reveal that angel didn't actually sell edie out 8 years ago, and i feel like the sister's ex is going to become a bigger problem too, but i'm enjoying finding out where it's headed as i go.

i like the dialect being written out, it shows when edie is in a safe and familiar place, similar to how the belter patois is used in the expanse.
