Okayyyy so it’s fine - it’s not like the first book and they’re actually such a cute couple. But OMG major plot moment (not technically a spoiler) but her mom is DEFINITELY hooking up with the hockey coach and this makes so much sense bc she’s the lady that was at an event with him in one of the previous books!!!!!

So just read the synopsis - at first I got excited bc it seemed like it was gonna be a She’s All That or 10 Things I Hate About You trope where she has to “pretend” to like him/seduce him for a dare, but then the synopsis reveals that it feeds into the fake dating trope so now I’m like am I about to read the same book (since the first book - Hannah and Garrett - is also fake dating?) we shall see…
