Oh my god this book. I can’t even finish ONE PAGE before I have to comment something “If he’d had synthetic blood, the embedded nanomachines could have told his time of death down to the second”
I have to insert this obligatory Metal Gear Solid nanomachines, son reference. Even though nobody cares ☹️

“It was an invasive, so the killer couldn’t have taken it out easily…” It was an invasive? My brain cannot compute this sentence. This is going to be a rough book for me I can tell.

What is happening???? I’m so confused. Also the main character is a 68 year old bald man with a RAT TAIL. He doesn’t talk like someone his age and neither does the 50 year old guy who was his friend I guess.

Pausing this book as it's not holding my attention. May return to it later this year.
