It's so hard to believe this is about a super smart scholarship student when the things he says and thinks are so dumb. And it's not like cute, confused, overwhelmed stupidity. It's actual illogical thoughts and decisions. This boy is an idiot.

This book is hard to get into because the overall premise is a bit of a mess. This super smart guy on an academic scholarship didn't seem to read anything about the school he's apparently always wanted to attend. Every rule and guideline seems to be a surprise, despite being given a guidebook before arriving??
