Status Updates From City of Darkness: Revisited

It's surprising the differences between the legend and reality. There was so much more government involvement (providing electricity, water, and postal service) than I previously thought, but also the were people who even lived in the city on the outer alleys who refused to ever go deeper inside because of the fear of the gangs and lawlessness.
