Status Updates From Jesteśmy obserwowani

I was (as usual) surprised by the killer. The closer I got to the end, the more twists it threw at me to figure out who it was. There were quite a few moments where you suspected each of the characters for various reasons, but the ending had many of these moments close together. I also liked that the author filled us in on why each person was selected for IRL to give us back story. Overall a different, but good read!

The more I read, the more it truly felt like a stereotypical horror movie which I really did enjoy more than I was originally expecting. I’ve never read something quite like this!

This is definitely not a typical book I’d pick up, minus the crime aspect. The ‘influencer’ side of it feels very much like I would expect stereotypical influencers to be like, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I had to re-read the synopsis when I first started the book because I thought I’d picked up a reality tv book, and then remembered it has crime elements! The characters all seem to be hiding something which makes them a bit more interesting; this novel, too, has different POVs each chapter.
