Eh... It is told from the point of view of a 70ish year old woman who has still not processed the “trauma” of not being an only child and not being the center of her parents universe as a little girl. It’s just a bit to whiny for my liking. I suppose if I was Catholic, and could relate to the story from that angle, I might enjoy it more but I’m not interested enough in this to keep trying.
