Last section is better now that it’s getting into practicalities. Still is very rudimentary. They really love to rehash how we need to model and not just communicate.

So much padding. This would be a great book for someone who has no clue how to talk to young people. But goodness gracious it feels elementary

I’m honestly confused. This whole section has talked in detail about how to create a “Transformation Team.” What exactly are we transforming? And it clearly says it shouldn’t involve board members or church leadership. Doesn’t this create disunity? I really don’t get what it is for or what the practical use is….
