I am forcing myself to finish this….crazy she narrated the other books and I had no issue…but her taking a inhale after every sentence is driving me up the wall

Sucks. Most likely not going to finish. Bummer to her series!

Do not listen to the audio of this one. It makes me want to DNF it. And yes, I listened to the first 3 books of the series with the same narrators this month. But for some reason Nia (female narrator) is gasping for air every moment & it's driving my crazy! How I start a series is how i want to end it. So listening on audio & then switching to ebook or physical copy isn't going to work for me.

No judgment…well not really, but the ish with the dog is a bit much. I get being a fur parent and all but. Idk. May because I’m currently not I don’t get it, but…Idk. Lol.

I love the explanation of depression/mental health in men, vitiligo and women in dominant work roles. However, the story seems to be dragging. It not keeping my interest like the others. I want to fully finish for the sake of the series but I feel like I may start skipping ahead.

The female narrator is making this a hard process. The audible deep breath or whatever sound that is after each sentence is nerve wrecking.
