Very good so far!

Things have gotten more interesting now that Pompey has changed alliances from the Marians to Sulla - he is moving quickly along the path of glory and power, and at only 23/24 years old, it shall be all the more iteresting.

This is kind of slow going -- the history is interesting, but it's told in such a way that it's like someone relaying history, instead of showing us the history, or something. Then there's all the name dropping, which can be tricky to stay on top of when I read it right before bed for the most part. Page 88 with Memmius giving a pep talk to Gnaeus Pomepy was a highlight of speaking, though somewhat cliche sounding.

Currently I'm trying to figure out if it's supposed to be Vidacilius or Vidacilious -- the latter is more frequent, but the former happens at least twice. On page 11, they both appear in the same paragraph, referring to the same person!
