My favorite exercise for me is the index card method write 3 to 5 things you wanna do for that day. Then then reflect on what you wanna accomplish that day in the evening what good you did during that day I think that will help gain a sense of purpose on that day and eventually one’s overall purpose in life.

Arrival fallacy… the thought that once you arrived to a certain goal or a life quest that you are set for life. But this is hardly true. Another interesting vocabulary word thought-residue when going to a new task… the old task lingers.
