For me this is the absolute PERFECT reread comfort book. As I am 🇨🇦 Canadian and very proud to be one, current times are a bit more ………stressful shall we call it. And I need to read books that I’m familiar with, make me feel hope and comfort.

I have a feeling I will be doing a lot of rereading comfort books where I can escape to.

The book, early on as it is, is wonderful. Although Hailey Shore is a fairly new author, I’ve read and adored every book she’s written. She writes the exact kind of book I love to read.
