oh woooowwwwww! two big things just clicked into place really fleshing out the settinmg! earth has undergone pretty heavy "degrowth" in this timeline. its 2130 CE and theresx only about 1 billion souls on earth and much of our industrial hellscape is gone! that explains the lack of tech advancement and space traffic in the solar system! how awesome!!!!

ooof! we FINALLY finished the damn endless stairway sequence! now our crew has introduced genetically engineered super monkeys called "simps" an unfortunate anachronism that now means something quite different in 2026!! lol linguistic drift is fascinating! did "simp" even mean anything in the 1970's or hasn it only recently become glommed into the cuckoldry milieu? lol!!!
