Chapter 5 The Texas Hill Country - I had no idea Central Market was older than Whole Foods. This is good to know I'm going to need a break after finishing Austin. on the bright side, I'm excited about the next portion of this book.

Southside and the Missions - this book is so much more than a guide book I am floored by how much information is here although I'm a little bit disappointed by how much is not here but I guess living in an area is a different experience than visiting. I thought I'd be done by now but there really is a lot packed in these pages.

Page 36 of 272 Essentials - I was not expecting all the history and current events to be mentioned in this book. I wish I read something like this 10 years ago.
