This is why this surah contains so many verses related to the laws of Islam; most of them are found in the second juz of the Qur'an.

The early years in Medina were a period of settling down, establishing a city-state, and building the foundations of the Islamic community. The various laws of the Shariah related to acts of worship like prayer, fasting, and charity were elaborated during this period, as were the early community laws related to marriage, divorce, war, business, and inheritance.

Sulayman AS is proof that worldly success can come with spiritual success, as he achieved both.

People who approach the Qur'an with an antagonistic mindset are more likely to reject it. Those who sincerely seek the truth are more likely to follow it, this is why t is "Guidance for the God-conscious."

I'm so ashamed to tell that I've finished this almost a year after I'd started it. It was nothing about the book not being good, cuz it was AMAZING, (I'm planning to read it another time this year.) but purely because of my laziness. 😭
