Idk i can’t explain in a small box but like I think it is just winding all over the place and not in a good way

I’m like 20% in so maybe it will get better but it just seems like a meandering essay that would’ve gotten me a B in school, I agree with the idea of it but it is so far kind of all over the place in terms of subject, the chapters each talk about everything and don’t feel like chapters at all like it might as well have none. And I get that messiness and out of the box is the point but then don’t have chapters

This audiobook has put me to sleep more times than it’s intrigued me. I’ll probably keep it in the repertoire for nights where I can’t sleep, but I’m not going to pretend that I’m retaining any of it. So boring. The author tries to do way too much and ultimately fails to make any kind of real point. I’m finding I deeply loathe books that are split into multiple genres …
