alot of comments talk about the book being outdated and borderline (no pun intended) offensive, but i don’t see it too much. alot of what is described is relatable as someone who everyone is 99% sure has bpd and dispels common myths such as it being a women’s disorder or untreatable (mentioning dbt and family therapy to address multi-generational trauma)
