The chapters on Resilience and Physical Courgar were both powerful. Well written, demonstrating several points, and hard to pit down. The stories are incredible and demonstrate the amazing things that people do.

Chapter 6 on Spiritual Courage really grabbed me. It's emotionally intelligent, honest, and brave. The messages are powerful and truly applicable to every person.

First two chapters set the book up nicely with a look at the types of fear and types of courage.
Chapter Three is quite powerful. I had tears in my eyes at least twice. The stories are powerful and moving and demonstrate the point of the book strongly.
Chapter Three is fundamental to thrust the rest of the book in motion.
