Status Updates From The Witch and His Crow

I’m really struggling with this one. The characters are falling flat to me - more trope. The depth to the world is just not there to immerse myself. And the grammar and wording choices are really a problem. I rarely say that. There are missing words more frequently than I’d expect. But it’s the wording choices that keep throwing me. A chilly ache into bones” could be “made your bones ache” - awkward

I like it so far.
