Sitting at a 2-3 star here. I don’t understand why the heroine loves the hero - he’s an “old fashioned” pretentious dick, and she literally gives up her nice cushy job at a university just because he “needs” her? Bud, you’re rich, pay someone to help you, and leave the girl alone.

Also how many times can a heroine accidentally say something out loud?

She's annoying. I mean really, really annoying.

Hm, I'm not really seeing the chemistry in this one so far. It's just been like "I love this man from afar but he doesn't know I'm alive and is getting married to someone else," to BAM! Suddenly there's a weird out-of-the-blue mutual attraction that has never been hinted at. Usually Monroe is pretty good at chemistry, but I'm not seeing it this time.
