the ONLY foul draw i accept and actually support was the one niko did during the u20's game. but that's cause niko's cool and i love him. plus he was actually playing the game and had his own strategy and defense, and he was doing well. the foul draw was just a desperate, spur-of-the-moment decision (that he paid for by getting subbed out w an injury), not something he planned or relied on. and it was a cool moment.

igaguri did the same shit to reo in the second selection, and now he's doing it to rin. it's such a copout i absolutely hate it.

the way igagauri was only able to force a foul on rin bc he doesn't know how to actually play pisses me off

unfortunately i won’t be satisfied until i see reo shidou & igaguri playing together in the second selection (esp bc i know igaguri didn’t do shit so reo & shidou were forced to work together & carry the team). the way they spent WEEKS together during the second selection BRO i need to know what that dynamic was like.

only to lose 3 same vibe as rin’s “listen. we’re gonna crush you. your little japanese sightseeing trip is gonna turn traumatic.” just to lose 5-1😭😭in their defense, igaguri was foul-baiting bc he didn’t know how to actually play. and shidou’s just insane.

okay so i went back to chapters 88 & 89 to see another scene and i didn’t fucking REALIZE that it had reo & kunigami’s match against shidou… LIKE THATS INSANE I WANTED THAT FROM THE BEGINNING!!! oh the fact that reo pushed to play against shidou must have skyrocketed the guilt he felt when they lost & kunigami got eliminated :((
