Status Updates From Exodus: The Archimedes Engine

I have zero clue where this book is going. Its really interesting though and I'm enjoying the ride. Lots of exposition which I do not personally mind. Not sure I follow all the lore but I'm allowing myself to just go along for the ride instead of pausing to try and understand the way things work. Its helpful for reading. Feeling like this will be a 4 out of 5 but we'll see.
