Status Updates From Medusa

This entire book is pretty inaccurate and I don’t doubt that the entire initiation scene for Medusa is falsified. However it’s an entertaining read and I enjoy the characters. The descriptions are good and though I dislike how everyone needs to be everywhere it seems, I like the story overall. I like all the characters so far, and really enjoy Stheno and Ceto.

Overall a very good introduction. At first I thought it would set up the same “Different girl with brown hair whose super ordinary and her family hates her/is indifferent to her for it” and yeah it’s that a little but also nuanced. Her sisters seem to care but not know how to deal with her mortality. Love Echidna. Inaccurate, but story wise good and I like the Athena Priestess setup (though ROMAN not Greek.)
