Status Updates From Exile (De'Vas Chronicles #1)

It’s not particularly well written honestly. I can see what they’re going for but it’s just a bit heavy handed for the whole enemies to lovers trope, the titular girl is comically imperceptive and the guy is honestly boring in his nice guy act. I’ve given this a decent swing but I’m not sure if I’m going to stick with it honestly

This has been surprisingly good. When Amazon recommends a book, it is always a crap shoot. So far this book has been a good one.

So Amazon recommended this book based on my previous reading. Usually I have found what Amazon recommends tends to be fairly awful. So far, this book has been decent.
