It's remarkable that a book series with dragons in the title can still manage to make the first description of dragons feel like a revelation. Like I've known this was going to happen since the beginning! Of course there are dragons! And yet! I'm so happy and relieved. Rune and Vielle are finally talking and now we get the payoff I've been dreaming of for two and a half books

I have never been so tense and anxious while reading a book before. The stakes are so freaking high.

But also I am absolutely loving it. I'm finally about to get the reunion I've been waiting literal years for and I cannot wait
