I dislike the parents with every fiber of my being.

This was a fast read, but it had a lot of heart. The main character’s struggle to make everything perfect felt very real, and it was frustrating to see the adults miss what she was going through. I especially liked the role of the grandmother and the reminder that it’s okay to ask for help. A touching story about growth and friendship.
