Why did I pick to read two books at the same time about people with anxiety? This isn’t smart. I’m not very good at taking care of my own mental health, clearly.

This book is short but every chapter I finish leaves me frustrated and exhausted. :(

This is very intense.

Almost half way into the book and I have very little idea where she is from, what happened to her and why she has so little...basically nothing about her. In fact there seems to have been very little progress in their relationship...that has been shared with the reader. I'm a little frustrated.
