Status Updates From I’ll Pretend You’re Mine

this book is kind of a drag… i wouldn’t mind dnf it because i’m just not that into the characters. however i will hear it out!!! it really does read like my fanfic i’m afraid.

when i was 14 i wrote a fanfiction formatted like this book almost EXACTLY (teen singer x teen actor, headlines being the header of each chapter) and this also reads LIKE said fanfiction but nonetheless i’m having fun! i, unfortunately, do not relate to the main character and had i seen “popular guy x shy trope” i would NOT have picked this up but either way i’m enjoying it!
