Really enjoyed this, it sparks with my interest in ancient Egypt. Really interesting way to wind the mythology and beliefs with modern-ish life. Interesting to be set around when people were acquiring mummies just for curiosities and unwrapping ceremonies. The tense took some getting used to, but that’s purely just because it’s a style I don’t often read in! Recommended.
