This one is a slow read. The story moves slowly, and I think that was intentional to re-inforce the horror of Roseline's living situation. It's hard to read because of the abuse she suffers, but otherwise the book is well written and semi-realistic when it comes to the heroine's experience of physical abuse.

Okay so far this is...not....great. It’s like if Anne Rice only wanted to write about Ramsay Bolton.
